Abstract: Objective: Skin problems made trouble for teenagers widely, thus, investigation of the current situation, existing problems, cognitive conditions and related factors for causing skin problems of teenagers, which could provide evidence for supporting of teenagers to face and treat skin problems correctly. Methods: A total of 243 valid questionnaires were collected from teenagers between 15- and 29-year-old, their skin problems, their treatment methods and results of skin problems, the cognition of skin problems and the factors which might affect the skin problems of teenagers were collected during May of 2021, and the data were analyzed here. Results: Acne, acne pits and acne scars and enlarged pores were the top three skin problems troubling the male adolescent population; blackheads, closed acne, and hair loss were the top three skin problems affecting female adolescent population. 71.19% of teenagers did not know the correct treatment strategy of teenager’s skin problems, around 61.73% skin problems of teenagers could not be effectively solved; 73.66% of teenagers believed that teenagers skin problems had the impact on their mood, and 54.73% of them deemed that adolescent skin problems had a negative impact on their daily life. Regression analysis suggested that sex and late fall asleep were two risk factors for causing severe pubertal skin problems (P<0.05), the risk factor index of female was 1.96 times higher than that of male, and time for delaying 1 hour after twenty-two clock which might increase around 89.8% pubertal skin problems. Conclusion: Teenagers skin problems were common but which were not paid enough attention to, most of the teenagers had few ways to get the scientific knowledge for dealing with teenager’s skin problems, thus, more scientific knowledge needed to be popularized to help teenager to face and deal with their skin problems properly in future.Abstract: Objective: Skin problems made trouble for teenagers widely, thus, investigation of the current situation, existing problems, cognitive conditions and related factors for causing skin problems of teenagers, which could provide evidence for supporting of teenagers to face and treat skin problems correctly. Abstract: In recent years, with the change of people's diet structure, the incidence of gallbladder stones has increased gradually. Gallbladder stones is a common clinical disease, the common clinical treatment methods are gallstone preservation and cholecystectomy. Objective: To compare the clinical effects of gallbladder stone removal and cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones. Methods: The 72 patients with gallbladder stones in our hospital were divided into the gallstone preservation group and the cholecystectomy group, 36 cases in each group. The surgical conditions and treatment effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months. Results: The operation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative bowel movement recovery time, and diet recovery time in the gallstone preservation group were shorter than those in the cholecystectomy group. Compared with the cholecystectomy group, the gallstone preservation group had lower complication rate and higher hospitalization costs, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the follow-up period of the two groups, the B-ultrasound in the cholecystectomy group was normal, and 4 cases (11.1%) in the gallstone preservation group had recurrence of stones. Conclusion: Gallstone preservation and cholecystectomy have their own characteristics in the treatment of gallbladder stones and have good clinical effects. They need to be appropriately selected according to their own conditions and personal wishes in patients with gallbladder stones.Abstract: In recent years, with the change of people's diet structure, the incidence of gallbladder stones has increased gradually. Abstract: The pox virus is an important pathogen that can cause disease in humans. Monkeypox is a unique type of pox infection. The WHO has acknowledged the seriousness of a massive monkeypox outbreak in 2022. The disease usually presents as an acute febrile illness with skin lesions. The patient usually has many painful vesicular lesions, and this is a common cause of complaint for patients visiting the physician. The patient usually has a history of contact with an infected case and gets the disease. However, sometimes fever or skin damage cannot be detected. Without the special appearance, doctors may miss the problem and make the wrong diagnosis. Basically, clinical diagnosis is the simplest procedure and must be used by practitioners. Laboratory methods can help confirm the diagnosis. The gold standard for diagnosis is molecular-based diagnosis. However, it is important to recognize the atypical clinical problems of monkeypox. In this article, the authors discuss the psychiatric manifestations of monkeypox, a clinical issue that is somewhat addressed. In brief, mental problems are possible in monkeypox. The mental disorder might be the first clinical presentation. In rare cases, patients might have confusion and it is difficult to diagnose. Awareness of the problem is needed. Additionally, the stigma is an important problem for patients with monkeypox. Some patients might have suicidal attempts. Therefore, it is necessary to have good mental health monitoring and support for patients with monkeypox. Last, similar to the previous COVID-19 situation, the influx of new data on monkeypox has occurred and it might be the cause of panic for general people. It is necessary to prepare for control of fake news and provide mental health support to the general public during the outbreak of monkeypox.Abstract: The pox virus is an important pathogen that can cause disease in humans. Abstract: In emergency medicine, the process of first aid mainly includes pre-hospital emergency stage, emergency treatment stage, ICU observation stage. Among them, the pre-hospital emergency stage has an important significance, especially for the critical patients, pre-hospital emergency is very important, and even determines whether the patient's life can be prolonged. In recent years, under the background of accelerating the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and promoting the close county medical community, the pre-hospital emergency level of county hospitals has been rapidly improved, but the improvement of pre hospital emergency level of township hospitals is limited. In order to promote the construction of pre-hospital emergency urban-rural integration system and improve its management level, this paper analyzes the status quo, problems and countermeasures of pre-hospital emergency urban-rural integration system by using the summary method. The results show that the problems in the construction of urban-rural integration system of pre-hospital emergency mainly include the unsystematic construction of pre hospital first aid system, unbalanced allocation of urban and rural medical resources, less investment in the construction of rural pre hospital first aid system, and lagging construction and operation management of urban-rural integration of pre hospital first aid at present, and appropriate measures can be taken to improve the hospital. The former emergency urban-rural integration system will better treat patients and improve the success rate of pre-hospital treatment.Abstract: In emergency medicine, the process of first aid mainly includes pre-hospital emergency stage, emergency treatment stage, ICU observation stage. Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between gene mutation and clinical phenotype in patients with autosomal dominant osteopetrosis type 2 (ADO2) caused by single allele mutation of CLCN7. Methods: The two ADO2 cases were clinically described in detail, CLCN7 gene were screened by the next generation sequence assay, and validated by Sanger method. The hazard of mutations was evaluated on PolyPhen2 website. Literature review helped to browse and gather ADO2 cases with CLCN7 data, accordingly all found CLCN7 mutant loci were mapped on the peptide chain, and clinical presentations in each case were tentatively summarized corresponding gene mutation. Phenotype was classified as mild type, intermediate type and severe type according to the degree of clinical presentation. Mild type presents mainly with bone and/or joint pain and occasional bone fracture, intermediate type with additional multiple and recurrent bone fracture, sever type with hematopoietic dysfunction in addition to recurrent bone fractures. Results: The first case was a 30 year old man presenting as mild ADO2 with shorter stature than familial hereditary height, as well as back pain and knee joint pain for up-to nine years. The second case was a 13 year old boy who suffered from recurrent bone fractures since four years ago in addition to short stature and more severe bone pain, but had normal peripheral blood picture. His prominent bone change showed by X-Ray indicated a more typical and severe osteopetrosis than the former. Gene analysis indicated a mutation of c.2284C>T (E24), p.R762W in the first case and c.856C>T (E10), p.R286W in the second case. Literature review gathered 42 pathogenic mutations, mild, intermediate and severe clinical type account for 33.3%, 46.7% and 20.0%, respectively. Among family members of probands, 58.8% had unaffected mutation-carrier, and 44.7% had family history of the disease. Conclusions: In spite of single allele inactivation, CLCN7 related ADO2 may cause highly various clinical phenotype of osteopetrosis, covering normal unaffected, mild, intermediate and severe conditions. The relationship between genotype and phenotype remains obscure in the disease.Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between gene mutation and clinical phenotype in patients with autosomal dominant osteopetrosis type 2 (ADO2) caused by single allele mutation of CLCN7. Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the field of genetics, genetic counseling services have developed rapidly in obstetrics, reproductive genetics, pediatrics and other disciplines, and are also gradually developed in the medical process of other disciplines such as oncology and multidisciplinary consultation. Genetic counseling physicians can reduce the risk of recurrence of genetic diseases by judging the pathogenesis of genetic diseases, selecting appropriate genetic testing techniques, analyzing test results, diagnosing diseases, carrying out genetic counseling to assist the treatment of genetic diseases, and giving fertility guidance. Genetic counseling service is the genetic counseling physicians through appropriate genetic counseling strategies to genetic basic research and genetic laboratory testing technology into clinical transformation, reduces the risk of birth defects and genetic diseases recurrence, reduces the mental and economic burden of hereditary diseases on the patients themselves, their families and society. At the same time, with the opening-up of Chinese fertility policy, the increase of the proportion of older pregnant women and the increase of the risk of birth defects, as well as the implementation of the "Healthy China 2030" program, the demand for genetic counseling services has increased in many disciplines. This paper will discuss the practical application of the current genetic counseling service strategy in clinical medicine.Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the field of genetics, genetic counseling services have developed rapidly in obstetrics, reproductive genetics, pediatrics and other disciplines, and are also gradually developed in the medical process of other disciplines such as oncology and multidisciplinary consultation.
