Abstract: With the development of the global economy, the market has a higher demands with the talent qualities. At present, cultivating high-quality talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become an important strategic task of higher education. As one of the ten key areas of manufacturing, the new material market has developed rapidly in recent years. However, some problems has been faced by the major of materials science and engineering in local applied universities in cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Problems such as imperfect teaching system, inadequate teaching ability, shortage of practical teaching resources and lack of market guidance in the training process of innovation and entrepreneurship restrict the improvement of talent innovation and entrepreneurship ability of materials science and engineering. So some reform and exploration of the talent training mode of this major has been carried out according to these problems and new material market demands, and a series of reform measures are put forward to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in materials science and engineering. Firstly, an education system aiming at improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has been established. Secondly, the relevant measures which are conducive to improving the teaching ability of teachers in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship are formulated. Thirdly, increase the input of practical teaching resources, and make full use of existing practical teaching resources. Finally, the guiding role of the market in the construction of the major is strengthened through the creation of the student training mode of the university and enterprise. Abstract: Since 1945, Cameroon has embarked on a journey to provide higher education for its youth, recognizing it as a cornerstone for achieving independence. During this period, Cameroon demonstrated a clear commitment to enhancing its education system in preparation for sovereignty, aligning with its objectives under international law. The intellectual vanguard of Cameroon understood that political autonomy necessitated the capacity for self-governance, with higher education emerging as a crucial avenue to meet this demand. Following its formal independence, the Cameroonian government prioritized the development of higher education. As a nation characterized by a dual cultural identity, Cameroon's higher education system implemented both the French and English education systems, distinguishing it from its African counterparts and contributing to its unique educational landscape. However, navigating the coexistence of these dual systems presented challenges, necessitating a protracted period of development and adaptation. Throughout this developmental journey, Cameroon achieved significant milestones in higher education and implemented vital reforms. Yet, persistent challenges such as insufficient funding, subpar teaching standards, and a lack of coherent higher education policies have persisted, hindering the modernization of the sector. Addressing these issues is crucial for the continued development of higher education in Cameroon. This shift is essential for meeting the evolving needs of students and the healthcare environment. Problem-based learning (PBL) stands out among various innovative methods due to its unique educational philosophy and methodology, which have gained widespread recognition and adoption. This paper focuses on applying the PBL teaching model in hepatobiliary surgery clerkship courses, aiming to introduce fresh perspectives and methodologies into medical education. The study's primary objective is to explore the effectiveness of the PBL teaching model in hepatobiliary surgery clerkship courses and its role in fostering a student-centered learning environment. The PBL model emphasizes student engagement and active learning, which is crucial for developing critical clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. By incorporating the PBL model into the curriculum, the study aims to enhance students' capabilities in handling complex clinical scenarios, thereby improving their overall learning experience. The research methodology includes a comprehensive retrospective analysis of previous literature and experiences from past implementations of the PBL model in medical education. This approach provides a deep understanding of the model's impact, identifying best practices and areas for improvement. The following results were obtained. Findings highlight the significant positive effects of the PBL teaching model on students' clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills in hepatobiliary surgery clerkship courses. Students exposed to the PBL model show substantial improvements in analyzing and solving complex clinical problems, working effectively in teams, and applying theoretical knowledge in practical settings. These results affirm the PBL model's effectiveness in promoting student-centered learning and its potential to significantly enhance students' clinical capabilities. Moreover, the study reveals that the PBL model creates a more engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging active participation and inquiry-based learning. This shift is instrumental in preparing students for the dynamic nature of clinical practice. Abstract: Fostering the global competence of graduate students stands as a key strategy to enhance individual comprehensive quality and adapt to the ongoing trend of globalization, while also serving as a pivotal driver for societal advancement and international cooperation. This study delves into the core of global competence, establishing a framework and developmental pathway to enrich the global competence of graduate students. The aim is to encourage a localized interpretation of global competence and outline the objectives and paths for student development. Existing models for global competence incorporate a combination of elements, a fusion of stages and elements, and an emphasis on action. Expanding on these models, this research constructs a framework for graduate students' global competence across four key dimensions: knowledge, skills, attitudes and values, and actions. To excel at the knowledge level, individuals are encouraged to deeply explore their professional fields and adopt a global perspective; at the skills level, they should adjust to global changes and actively participate in cross-cultural communication and collaboration; in terms of attitudes and values, embracing global diversity and nurturing a sense of shared human destiny are crucial; and at the action level, active involvement in fostering a harmonious society and advancing research progress is deemed essential. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the characteristics of move structure in the data presentation section of bibliometric papers in the field of education using the CiteSpace tool, along with its influencing factors. Employing genre analysis, it examines the common steps and stages in data presentation, their frequency, distribution characteristics, and influencing factors, through structural statistics of bibliometric articles published in the field of education. The findings include: 1) The data presentation section comprises three main steps: overview of basic conditions, analysis of research hotspots, and analysis of evolution trends. Among these, the frequency of research hotspot analysis is significantly higher than the others, while the overview of basic conditions and analysis of evolution trends are relatively less frequent; 2) The distribution of step structure is influenced by factors such as publication time, disciplinary category, and type of journal.
