Abstract: Adolescents are a group with high incidence of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI). In recent years, it has attracted a lot of attention of mental health researchers. At present, the research mainly focuses on the relationship between unilateral factors and NSSI, and there are few articles to analyze the causes of NSSI from the comprehensive level. In order to comprehensively analyze the causes of NSSI behavior, this paper combines the major researches on the causes of NSSI behavior at home and abroad in the past five years. This paper summarizes the causes of NSSI in adolescents from four aspects: individual factors, environmental factors, stress events and neurobiological factors, and provides the relevant conclusions on its therapeutic interventions, so that provide theoretical reference for the in-depth study and intervention of the causes of NSSI. Results Considering that NSSI in adolescents is the result of long-term comprehensive effects of various factors, and the interaction mechanism is complex, and the intervention treatment is highly personalized. The systematic screening of neonatal ophthalmopathy is the premise, key and effective measure of early detection, early intervention and early treatment. This paper reviews the current situation and trend of screening and morbidity of neonatal ophthalmopathy in China. At present, there are otherness in coverage, penetration rate and screening rate among units and regions that carry out neonatal eye disease screening, and there is no formal and unified standardize; The screening of normal neonatal eye diseases is not Carry out universally, and there are relatively few reports on the incidence. Abstract: High morbidity, recurrence and mortality make hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) a leading cause of cancer-related burden and deaths. However, HCC is still hard to diagnose at an early stage and lack of prognostic evaluation methods. This meta-analysis aims to assess the overall value of circRNA in HCC diagnosis and prognosis. PubMed and Web of Science were searched up to March 2023. The diagnostic and prognostic effect were evaluated by the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and overall survival (OS). In total, 31 for diagnosis and 37 for prognosis were finally included. For diagnosis, the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and the area under curve (AUC) were 0.81 (0.73-0.87), 0.84 (0.74-0.91), and 0.90 (0.87-0.92) for upregulation; and 0.79 (0.70-0.85), 0.79 (0.73-0.83) and 0.85 (0.81-0.88) for downregulation respectively, indicating moderate diagnostic accuracy. For prognosis, downregulated circRNAs were associated with better OS (HR: 0.41, 95% CI: 0.33-0.51), while upregulated circRNAs had a negative influence on OS (HR: 1.77, 1.48-2.12). Abstract: Social structure behavior theory was built in social structure perspective to provide a new explanatory and intervention framework for health behaviors. Social structure behavior theory comprises three dimensions: 1) basic social construct, 2) changing of social constructs, and 3) social constructs in modern society. The former is the basic aspect of social construct, while the latter two are increments. In understanding and applying this theory, social ecological theory considers the interplay between individual and social structures to explain people’s behavior. So far, the individual cognition and social structures have been used independently to understand behavioral problems. The combination of the two theories will increase the explanatory powers within the real world and effectively inform interventions. Cross-level theories combining social structure and individual cognition offers opportunities for parallel and nested modeling to explain the combined effects of cognition and social structure on behavior. Prior theories support constructing of these theories and show their rationality. Empirical research indicates that the theoretical model constructed is acceptable. Comparing with prior studies, social structure behavior theory and its cross-level models open up new perspectives for research and advances in the field. Abstract: Peripheral nerve injury (PNI) is a common clinical disease, which leads to long-term impairment of motor and sensory functions and even life-long disability. Ferroptosis is a novel form of cell death, which is an iron-dependent, non-apoptotic form of regulated cell death caused by lipid peroxidation. These processes are regulated by multiple cellular metabolic pathways, including iron overloading, lipid peroxidation, and the glutathione/glutathione peroxidase 4 pathway. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to the pathophysiological processes of many diseases, such as nervous system diseases, ischemia-reperfusion injury and Peripheral nerve injury. How to intervene in the occurrence and development of related diseases by regulating cell ferroptosis has become a hotspot and focus of etiological research and treatment, but the functional changes and specific molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis still need to be further explored. Abstract: Objective: Network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to explore the mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis based on angiogenesis. Method: The active pharmacological components and their action targets of Salvia miltiorrhiza were clarified by TCMSP database, and the targets related to hepatic fibrosis and angiogenesis were obtained by TTD, GeneCards, CTD and other databases. The active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the targets related to liver fibrosis and angiogenesis were interactively processed by Venn map. The drug-component-target-disease network was constructed by Cytoscape3.9.0 software, and the interaction target network was constructed by using String database. The interaction targets were analyzed by GO (Gene Ontology) enrichment analysis and KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genesand Genomes) signal pathway analysis using Metascape platform to clarify the molecular mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis based on angiogenesis. Result: 65 active components and 132potential targets of Salvia miltiorrhiza were screened from TCSMP database, 4841 and 1200 targets of hepatic fibrosis and angiogenesis were screened by GeneCards, TTD and CTD database respectively, 50 common targets of Salvia miltiorrhiza affecting angiogenesis and prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis were obtained by mapping, and the Salvia miltiorrhiza-component-target-disease network map was constructed. The common target proteins were analyzed by PPI network, and the key targets were obtained. The enrichment analysis of GO and KEGG signal pathways on the Metascape platform showed that PI3K-Akt signal pathway, AGE-RAGE signal pathway in diabetic complications, MAPK signal pathway, VEGF signal pathway and other signal pathways may be involved in different aspects of Salvia miltiorrhiza regulating angiogenesis and preventing liver fibrosis. The results of molecular docking are good.
