Abstract: Sunshine Rose' originated in Japan, with hard and crisp meat, strong fragrance, excellent quality, ability to eat even the skin, and resistance to storage and transportation. At present, it is a popular grape variety with rapid development in many areas of China. In recent years, breeders in Japan and China have bred many excellent new varieties by using' Sunshine Rose' as their parents. From 2018 to 2021, we found three new varieties of red fruit bud in three single bud grafted' Sunshine Rose' gardens in Yuanmou and Mouding counties, Yunnan Province. After the confirmation of grafting, these three individual plants are not only stable in genetic traits, but also very similar in botanical and biological characteristics, so it is difficult to distinguish them. Because they are red bud plants of 'Sunshine Rose', we call them 'Hongyang Rose' collectively. Hongyang Rose' grape grows moderately, its leaves are virus-free, its inflorescence is stronger than that of' Sunshine Rose', its natural ear is large, its fruit is red to purple when it is ripe, and its soluble solid content is 20.0% ~ 23.0%. Its flesh is fragrant and has high and stable yield, and when the water and fertilizer are insufficient and the yield is high, it will obviously delay its ripening. Abstract: Forest fire ecology is a discipline to study the ecological consequences of forest fires and the interrelationships among them. With the intensification of climate change and the deterioration of forest fire status, forest fire ecology has become a very active branch of ecology. In this paper we reviewed the development history of forest fire ecology and expounded the extension and connotation of forest fire ecology, fire factors and regimes as well as their interaction with the ecological systems. Previous ecologists have conducted a lot of research on the impact of forest fire on the ecological environment and the adaptability of ecosystems to forest fire. The development of forest fire ecology can be divided into three periods: in the initial period the destruction of forest fire was recognized with the study objective being focused on forest fire control; in the expansion period, efforts were made to the application of forest fire in the fire management and the third period was symbolized as the founding of the entire discipline. With the application of the advanced technology and mathematical models, forest fire ecology provides successful examples in carrying out long-term prediction on the forest community dynamics after fire intrusion. Abstract: [Objective] in order to understand the difference of volatile components in fruit of hybrid between wild melon and cultivated muskmelon, to provide technical reference for breeding. [Methods] the volatile components of wild cucumis melo L., Qingmapo and Huangmapo were analyzed by HPLC and GC-MS. [Results] the volatile compounds were identified in the fruits of these three cultivars, including 46 wild species, 92 species of Qingequao, and 79 species of Huangequao. The main volatile components are esters, olefins, alcohols, alkanes and amides. And the three varieties of volatile matter are different. Squalene, a volatile substance in wild cucumis melo, is not found in the progeny varieties. [Conclusion] the total amount of volatile substances in Qingmapo vesicle was the most, and that in Huangmapo vesicle was the least. Abstract: Objective: To determine the priority list of key protected, rare and endangered plants in Southeastern Guizhou in order to comprehensively grasp the status quo of key protected and rare plants in southeastern Guizhou. Methods: by adopting key lines and quadrat survey method of combining the field investigation, the use of endangered coefficient, coefficient of genetic value coefficient, habitat type, protection grade coefficient and value coefficient calculated species priority protection value, focus on the protection of qiandongnan prefecture, rare and endangered plant level and priority protection level. Results: There were 33 families, 56 genera and 98 species of national key protected plants and rare and endangered plants in Southeast Guizhou province. Among them, 73 species belonging to 42 genera and 24 families are under state protection, 17 species belonging to 14 genera and 10 families are under key protection in Guizhou Province, 1 species belonging to 1 family, 1 genus and 1 endangered species belong to "Chinese Plant Red Data Book", and 7 species belonging to 4 genera and 4 families are endemic to southeast Guizhou province. 5 species (5.10%) were critically endangered (CR). 23 species (23.47%) were endangered (EN). According to the evaluation of priority protection grade, 8 species were identified as grade i priority protection, accounting for 8.17%. There were 20 species of ii priority protection, accounting for 20.41%. Conclusion: A total of 28 species were critically endangered and endangered, accounting for 28.57% of the total species. Abstract: Hybrid yellow catfish (Tachysurus vachelli x Tachysurus fulvidraco) is one of the most important freshwater fish in China, intensive culturing has caused increased susceptibility to bacteria, viruses, and parasites. However, little is known about its adaptation mechanisms to pathogen infection. To better understand its immune system and immune related gene under pathogen infection, the transcriptome was analyzed by comparing the data of hybrid yellow catfish spleen stimulated by PGN and PBS. Fish in experimental group were injected with 100 μl baccilus subminis PGN (1mg/ml, 69,554, Sigma) intraperitoneally, and the fish in control group injected with 100 ul phosphate buffered solution (PBS). After 24 h injection, spleens were collected and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, then stored in -80°C refrigerator. Total RNA from spleens of hybrid yellow catfish were extracted using Trizol reagent (Sangon, China) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The libraries were constructed using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, USA) and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform. There were 285 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between PGN treated experimental groups and PBS control groups at 24 h, including 213 up regulated and 72 down regulated DEGs. The expression of qRT-PCR from five up regulated DEGs and five down regulated DEGs were consistent with RNA-Seq. In the analysis of GO enrichment, DEGs in the spleens of PGN treated hybrid yellow catfish were significantly enriched in GO items, including Biological Process, Cellular Component, and Molecular Function items.
