Abstract: Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the association between Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) and Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection by Meta analysis. Methods: Using oral squamous cell carcinoma and human papillomavirus as search terms, full-text English literatures in PubMed and Web of Science were searched, and the collected data were analyzed statistically by using Review Manager and Stata MP 17.0. To investigate the etiological association between oral squamous cell carcinoma and human papillomavirus infection. Results: A total of 13 literatures were included according to the screening criteria, including 1026 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 966 patients in the control group. Random effects model was used for meta-analysis based on heterogeneity test results. The results showed that the average HPV positive rate of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma worldwide was 31.48%, OR: 3.58, 95%CI: 1. 98~6.50, Z test results showed a z value of 4.20, P<0.05, which indicated that the occurrence of oral squamous cell carcinoma is correlated with HPV. Subgroup analysis showed that gender, lymph node metastasis, degree of tumor differentiation, tumor grade, tumor site, and personal lifestyle (smoking and alcohol consumption) were not significantly associated with HPV infection in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma, while location of patients was associated with HPV Infection. Publication bias estimation and sensitivity analysis showed no significant publication bias. Abstract: The genus Osyris L. is evergreen shrub or small tree, which has important ecological value, economic value and medicinal value. In this study, the collction data were collected and organized, based on the digital specimens of Osyris from major herbariums; the distribution pattern of Osyris was studied through the information recorded by these specimens. The results showed that: (1) The specimens of Osyris were first collected by Swedish botanist Linnaeus in 1753, and the collections of Osyris in foreign countries were much earlier than that in China; (2) The number of specimens collected showed a trend of increasing over time, and showed a peak period in 1831-1832, 1929-1945, 1951-1966, 1972-1993 and 2005-2020 periods; (3) The plants of Osyris are mainly distributed between 41.32°N-34.85°S, 9.27°W-109.03°E, concentrated in the European Mediterranean region, eastern and southern Africa, southern and southeastern Asia, and the altitude is in the range of 0-3900 m, with diverse habitats; (4) The genus Osyris is widely distributed and has strong adaptability, thus it has some values in ecological restoration.Abstract: The genus Osyris L. is evergreen shrub or small tree, which has important ecological value, economic value and medicinal value. Abstract: Objective: Pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) is a life-threatening lung disease without effective therapeutic agents. Necroptosis plays a key role in the pathogenesis of PAH. We therefore investigated to identify and validate the potential necroptosis-related genes in PAH by bioinformatics analysis and experiments. Methods: Firstly, the microarray data of PAH (GSE15197) and necroptosis-related genes were obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database. Then we used the bioinformatics methods to identify the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the normal lungs and the lungs of PAH patients and extract the necroptosis-related DEGs. Enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis were performed to screen the hub genes. Module construction and co-expression analysis of hub genes were also conducted. Key transcription factors (TFs) of hub genes were obtained by using the TRRUST website. Finally, the experimental mouse PAH model was performed to verify the expression of hub genes and key TFs by qRT-PCR. Results: A total of 16 necroptosis-related DEGs (10 upregulated genes and 6 downregulated genes) were identified by comparing the normal lungs and the lungs of PAH patients. ClueGO and KEGG enrichment analysis demonstrated these necroptosis-related DEGs were involved in positive regulation of nitric oxide biosynthetic process, programmed necrotic cell death, positive regulation of chemokine production, necroptosis, and NOD-like receptor signaling pathway. 7 hub genes were obtained by cytoHubba, including BAX, XIAP, TLR4, TNF, HSP90AA1, FAS, and TNFSF10. qRT-PCR analysis confirmed that expression of Bax, Tlr4,Tnf, Hsp90aa1, Fas and Tnfsf10 were significantly upregulated, while the expression level of Xiap was not significant in mouse lungs with experimental PAH compared with normal mouse lungs. Abstract: [Objective] By exploring the biological characteristics and artificial scale breeding techniques of Kallima inachus (Doyère, 1840) Doubleday in Chongqing, the artificial scale breeding technique system of Kallima inachus Doubleday was established, which provided a strong guarantee for the resource development, utilization and protection of the butterfly. [Methods] By purchasing larvae and artificial breeding, the insects were raised in the Insect Innovation Base of Chongqing Normal University at a temperature of 25-30°C and a humidity of 80% to 90%, and the detailed growth and development and biological characteristics of the butterflies were observed and recorded. Based on this, the paper summarizes the technique and method system of artificial large-scale breeding of Kallima inachus in Chongqing area. [Results] The growth and development process and the biological characteristics of each developmental stage were initially mastered, and the next generation of Kallima inachus was successfully bred, and a complete technical system of artificial large-scale breeding of Kallima inachus was established. [Conclusion] Using this technique and method, the growth and development of Kallima inachus were good at all stages, and the offspring could be successfully bred.
