目的：了解青少年积极危险行为发生率及与感觉寻求、自尊的关系。方法：采用方便取样法于2023年3月-5月对重庆市永川区4911名青少年进行自填式问卷调查。结果：青少年参加极限运动、刺激冒险游乐项目、观看惊险刺激影片、听摇滚乐的发生率分别为18.3%、49.8%、67.1%、81.6%。感觉寻求是青少年参加极限运动（OR=1.215，95%CI=1.183-1.248）、刺激冒险游乐项目（OR=1.150，95%CI=1.126-1.175）、观看惊险刺激影片（OR=1.163，95%CI=1.136-1.191）、听摇滚乐（OR=1.131，95%CI=1.099-1.164）的影响因素，高感觉寻求者会更多参与四种积极危险行为。自尊是青少年参加极限运动（OR=1.034，95%CI=1.018... 展开更多
