Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was a complete and systematic diagnosis and treatment system, but inheritance and innovation were also needed for TCM for adapting to the continuous development and change of modern society, as well as people's pursuit for high quality healthy life. Yin-yang theory, five elements theory and visceral manifestation theory were the precondition for the diagnosis and treatment of TCM, which were used to perform the systematic and comprehensive syndrome differentiation of disease, thus formulate the treatment principles. However, several severe problems which restricted the application and treatment of disease for TCM. At the theory aspect, the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine was not enough, the overall concept of thinking was lacking or weak, and lacking the mastery of the principal theory of TCM, which limited the diagnosis of disease; the professional division was too meticulous, which caused the doctor of TCM only mastered one subject, which caused the non-precise diagnosis of disease. At the syndrome differentiation aspect, traditional disease information collecting with observation, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and pulse feeling and palpation, this process was sloppy or omitted severely, which was also limited to the diagnosis of disease for doctor of TCM with the principal theories; parts of the doctor of TCM performed their diagnosis basing on the checking results of western medicine, but ignored the essence of diagnosis and treatment of TCM. At the aspect of treatment, decoction was commonly used in the treatment of diseases, however, bian, needle, moxibustion and the resting strategy of TCM for treating disease were ignored. The aforementioned factors limited the diagnosis, treatment of TCM, as well as the culture of TCM talents, which restricted the development of TCM. Thus, in this study, we anlyzed the current situation and problems of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM, and proposed the appropriate suggestion for the disease diagnose and talent culture of TCM by cooperating the principal theory of TCM. In addition, the usage of syndrome differentiation of disease of TCM with the corporation of checking technology of western medicine for the diagnosis of disease, then chose the suitable treating strategy. This work would provide the referential suggestions for the development of TCM and talent training.Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was a complete and systematic diagnosis and treatment system, but inheritance and innovation were also needed for TCM for adapting to the continuous development and change of modern society, as well as people's pursuit for high quality healthy life. Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of kneading the patella and bending the knee on knee osteoarthritis. Methods The study subjects were from the Massage Department and the Orthopedic Clinic of Guang'an Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From March 2018 to October 2019, 76 patients were selected into the study group according to the inclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into the test group (38 cases) and the control group (38 cases). Before and after treatment, observe the changes of TL, TL/PL ratio in MRI images, the total score of WOMAC score for the number of high patella, the total score of pain degree in sub items, the total score of stiffness degree, and the total score of difficulty degree. Results After treatment, TL (t=-4.065, p=0.000), TL/PL ratio (t=-2.745, p=0.008), number of high patella (t=-2.066, p=0.042), total score of WOMAC score (t=-2.952, p=0.004), total score of 16 items of difficulty (t=-2.191, p=0.032), and total score of 5 items of pain degree (t=-2.965, p=0.004) were found. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The efficacy of the test group was higher than that of the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the total score of stiffness of the two sub items (t=-1.451, p=0.151) (P>0.05). Conclusion: The length of TL in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there was a certain effect in the treatment of patella elevation with manipulation.Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of kneading the patella and bending the knee on knee osteoarthritis. Abstract: The Coronary heart disease angina pectoris belongs to the comprehensive lesion of multiple factors and multiple syndrome, with complex pathogenesis. Western medicine mainly uses drug treatment, with clear targets, improving the single index is significant, but it is easy to produce toxic side effects and drug resistance. Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of overall concept and syndrome differentiation theory, combined with modern medical achievements, multiple targets, multi-way treatment of coronary heart disease angina clinical curative effect, make up for the shortage of western medicine single target, single treatment, reduce the western medicine side effects and reduce drug resistance, effectively improve patients with clinical symptoms and prognosis, improve the quality of life, prolong survival. Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy has certain unique in the treatment of coronary heart disease, simple and easy to do and no side effects, and can reduce medical expenses, is a suitable treatment method for patients with coronary heart disease. Modern medical research shows that acupoint application can make the drug ingredients through the skin, orifice, acupoints absorption direct disease, warm the meridians, mobilize the function of the meridians; medicine can follow the meridians into the viscera, to adjust the viscera, dredge Qi and blood, so that it better play the overall role of Qi and blood, Yin and Yang. Many clinical studies have confirmed that TCM acupoint application therapy is widely used in clinical practice. Due to its simple clinical operation, safety and high patient comfort, and high patient acceptance and compliance, it is accepted by clinical departments and patients. In clinical application, TCM acupoint application therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, improve electrocardiogram and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. In this paper, the current situation of the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is summarized, so as to facilitate the clinical promotion and application.Abstract: The Coronary heart disease angina pectoris belongs to the comprehensive lesion of multiple factors and multiple syndrome, with complex pathogenesis. Abstract: Ethnic medicine is an important part of the Chinese medicine system in China. The secondary development mode of traditional Chinese medicine has promoted the technological upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry, while pointing out the direction for the modernization and industrialization of ethnic medicine. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of Mongolian medicine industry and points out that cultivating Mongolian medicine variety needs to establish the re-development mode based on the secondary development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine and carrying out the re-invention of Mongolian medicine. Taking Mongolian medicine seabuckthorn syrup as an example, this paper systematically elaborates modern research on Mongolian medicine in five major aspects: Quality standard establishment, Process optimization, Active ingredient analysis, Pharmacological and toxicological research, and Clinical re-evaluation, and establishes the secondary development model of Mongolian medicine from an empirical perspective. Through the secondary development strategy, it can not only establish the theoretical system from pharmacological research to clinical evaluation and form systematic research results, but also precisely locate the clinical indications of Mongolian medicines, guide clinical use, monitor adverse reactions, and finally ensure the safe and effective clinical use of medicines. The "superiority and inferiority" effect formed by the secondary development of Mongolian medicines can expand the market share of medicines, promote the emergence of large varieties of Mongolian medicines, and push forward the prosperity and development of Mongolian medicine industry.Abstract: Ethnic medicine is an important part of the Chinese medicine system in China.
