Abstract: In recent years, under a series of national real estate policies, the increase in the average sales price of commercial housing in China has slowed down significantly. However, the real estate market is still attracting attention. The high housing prices have brought a heavy burden to the lives of ordinary people. Since the population is the main participant in commercial housing transactions, this article attempts to use the VAR model from the perspective of population structure to explore its effect on the price of commercial housing in Jilin Province from 2005 to 2019. This article selects six population structure variables, performs stationarity and cointegration tests after data processing, builds a VAR model, and conducts stability tests and Granger causality tests, so as to obtain the main population structure that affects the price of commercial housing in Jilin Province factor. At last, impulse response and variance decomposition methods are used to analyze the impact of each index on the price of commercial housing in Jilin Province. The results show that the family size and the per capita disposable income of urban residents will have a certain impact on the price of commercial housing in Jilin Province. For the price of commercial housing, the family size has a relatively long-term inhibitory effect, while the disposable per capita income of urban residents has a relatively long-term promotion effect. In a relatively short period of time, the main factor affecting its changes is the housing price itself. Based on the research conclusions, this article puts forward suggestions such as adhering to house purchase restriction policies such as purchase restriction and loan restriction, increasing the per capita disposable income of urban residents, and reasonable adjustment of residential units according to the size of the family.Abstract: In recent years, under a series of national real estate policies, the increase in the average sales price of commercial housing in China has slowed down significantly. Abstract: Based on the empirical research on the relationship between the output value of the aquaculture industry in Shanwei City and the area of marine aquaculture, freshwater aquaculture, urbanization rate, and per capita GDP in China, we draw the following conclusions: (1) The urbanization rate does not have a significant impact on the total output value of aquatic products in Shanwei City; (2) The area of marine aquaculture, freshwater aquaculture, and per capita GDP have a significant impact on the total output value of aquatic products in Shanwei City. Specifically, for every 1 hectare increase in marine aquaculture area, the total output value of aquatic products in Shanwei City increases by an average of 259,079 yuan; for every 1 hectare increase in freshwater aquaculture area, the total output value of aquatic products in Shanwei City decreases by an average of 503,215 yuan; for every 1 yuan increase in per capita GDP, the total output value of aquatic products in Shanwei City increases by 122,625 yuan; (3) Due to the inclusion of AR(6), AR(9), and AR(15) in the final model, their combined impact is long-term, with the longest impact lasting up to 15 years, and it is negative. Based on the research findings, policy recommendations are given to vigorously develop marine aquaculture and appropriately reduce the scale of freshwater aquaculture.Abstract: Based on the empirical research on the relationship between the output value of the aquaculture industry in Shanwei City and the area of marine aquaculture, freshwater aquaculture, urbanization rate, and per capita GDP in China, we draw the following conclusions: (1) The urbanization rate does not have a significant impact on the total output value...Learn More
Abstract: The ability to make innovative entrepreneurial decisions in entrepreneurship is crucial for firms to participate in the highly competitive market. Whether the government policy environment influences innovation and entrepreneurship decisions and what the mechanism is remains to be explored. Based on the theory of entrepreneurial cognition, a moderated mediation model is constructed and the mechanism of this influence is explored. The results show that the policy environment can trigger innovative entrepreneurship decisions, and further results show that both protective and promotional policy environments significantly promote the use and exploration of innovative entrepreneurship decisions. The mediating effect of entrepreneurial alertness is significant, i.e., the policy environment triggers entrepreneurial alertness that promotes innovative entrepreneurial decisions. Positive personality positively moderates exploitative innovative entrepreneurial decisions and does not significantly moderate exploratory innovative entrepreneurial decisions. Positive personality reinforces the indirect effect of policy perceptions on innovative entrepreneurial decisions by enhancing the role of entrepreneurial alertness on innovative entrepreneurial decisions. The managerial insights and policy implications include: first, promoting entrepreneurial alertness through resource-based and patent-protection policies to increase the likelihood of entrepreneurs making exploratory and exploitative innovative entrepreneurial decisions; second, diversification to enhance entrepreneurial alertness and to exercise entrepreneurs' sensitivity to cognitive information in an externally diverse, inclusive, and highly dynamic environment; and finally, shaping entrepreneurs' positive personalities to facilitate their exploratory and exploitative innovative entrepreneurial decisions.Abstract: The ability to make innovative entrepreneurial decisions in entrepreneurship is crucial for firms to participate in the highly competitive market.
