Abstract: The study of language policy and planning includes three dimensions: macro, meso and micro. To explore the language policy planning and negotiation process of multilingual community can elicit “language issues” from a micro perspective and provide reference for the governance of language diversely. This study conducts a one-year qualitative follow-up survey and in-depth interview on the Language Life of a multilingual background band in China. Through describing and presenting the language practice and dynamic ideological changing process of the multilingual community, the study reflects the language planning and policy negotiation process in its Language Life in a micro scope. The findings of this study are: Language policy arbiter has a greater impact in the process of the micro language policy planning and negotiation in multilingual communities; in the process of their negotiation, members of the community make different linguistic choices in an evolutionary way of social learning to construct a situational corpus, complete the process of language socialization and adapt to the multilingual life of the community. The corpus they constructed is not a simple monolingualism or multilingualism, but a translanguaging practice. The translanguaging practice shows a multimodal and multilingual nature in a way of “musical terms + body language + fragmented multilingualism + monolingualism”. With different of discourse environments, the strategies of multimodal combination are varied. The study proposes that language policy and planning for multilingual communities should be based on the consideration of the actual discourse environments, and that encouraging and assisting members in multilingual communities to construct multimodal and multilingual discourse and situational corpus flexibly can effectively help members in multilingual communities adapt to their multilingual life. This study provides a new and empirical case study for the micro language policy and planning of multilingual societies, which can have some enlightenment.Abstract: The study of language policy and planning includes three dimensions: macro, meso and micro. Abstract: The May Fourth Vernacular Movement has been called "the most dynamic legacy" of the May Fourth Movement, which officially declared "vernacular" to replace "literary" as the common language of society. It has always been a matter of great concern. This transformation of the language from the old to the new is not simply a linguistic issue, but is firmly engraved with the brand of society and culture, as well as a microcosm of the changing times, providing a window into the social transition between the old and the new in the first half of the twentieth century, or even the entire twentieth century. An examination of the occurrence, development, and impact of the vernacular literary movement can help reveal the true social impact of the Vernacular Movement and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the May Fourth. Reading is a social phenomenon, and looking at the May Fourth Movement through the phenomenon of reading and exploring the socio-historical conditions under which the Vernacular Movement took place provides us with a path to touch history and enter the May Fourth Movement. The vernacular movement originated in the May Fourth New Culture Movement, and its momentum continued from the propositions and practices of the late Qing Dynasty. The vernacular movement in the late Qing Dynasty not only laid the foundation for the May Fourth vernacular movement in popularizing vernacular concepts, experimenting with styles, and creating vernacular creations, but also in preparing for the creation of audience groups and communication environments. At the same time, the prosperity of mass media and a considerable number of reading groups constituted the social and historical conditions for the development of vernacular writing and stimulated the development of the May Fourth vernacular movement. This movement established the use of the vernacular language, and its influence continues today and is still ongoing, as an important part of the transition of Chinese society from traditional to modern.Abstract: The May Fourth Vernacular Movement has been called "the most dynamic legacy" of the May Fourth Movement, which officially declared "vernacular" to replace "literary" as the common language of society. Abstract: In order to understand the overall situation of the English translation of the linguistic landscape and sort out the problems in the English translation of the linguistic landscape, this study tries to carry out a field investigation on the current situation of the English translation of linguistic landscapes in the Fulai Mountain Geopark from the perspective of the current situation of the English translation of linguistic landscapes in domestic tourist attractions. The results show five kinds of errors in the English translation of the linguistic landscape in the Fulai Mountain Geopark, such as Chinglish, pragmatic failure, punctuation, missing translation, and spelling error. There are three reasons for the errors in the English translation of linguistic landscape in Fulai Mountain Geopark. Firstly, the administrative department of the scenic spot does not pay enough attention to linguistic landscapes; secondly, the lack of standardization in the design and production of linguistic landscape; thirdly, the lack of English professionals in the construction of linguistic landscape. In the future, the administrative department of the scenic spot should attach importance to the value of the linguistic landscape, formulate the standards for linguistic landscape construction, and conduct regular surveys and updates of the linguistic landscape. The authors also hope to awaken the sense of responsibility of the management department of Fulai Mountain Geopark through this work, make them realize the important value of the linguistic landscape, strengthen the landscape supervision and management ability, and enhance the popularity and reputation of Fulai Mountain Geopark.Abstract: In order to understand the overall situation of the English translation of the linguistic landscape and sort out the problems in the English translation of the linguistic landscape, this study tries to carry out a field investigation on the current situation of the English translation of linguistic landscapes in the Fulai Mountain Geopark from the ...Learn More

The former is based on the popularity of mobile payment technologies such as WeChat; the latter developed with the maturity of human motion inspect technology and other technologies. Second, innovation and public trust have significant effects on the prediction of young people's continuous willingness to participate in e-philanthropy. In addition, the impact of public trust has a higher impact than innovation in both types of e-philanthropy. Abstract: As the first production site of coal, mining working face is the place where coal mine accidents occur frequently. In order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of accidents, it is necessary to eliminate and discover the hidden danger of accidents in mining face in time. However, in the past, the cause of accidents mainly adopts the method of qualitative analysis, and lacks the effective analysis model of the cause of accidents, so that the potential value of a large number of hidden danger data of accidents has not been applied. Therefore, the LDA topic mining algorithm is used to build the accident cause topic mining model, and the Perplexity index is used to determine the best number of topics, and the semantic network graph is used to analyze the internal relationship between the hidden dangers of accidents, which directly reflects the main accident cause and the correlation between the cause factors of coal mining face. Taking 18925 accident hidden danger data of a mine in Shandong Province from August 2013 to September 2019 as an example, the topic of accident causes was extracted by mining the topic model, and the semantic network diagram was drawn. The social network analysis method was applied to analyze the association relationship between the factors of accident hidden danger. The results show that management defects, unsafe behavior of personnel, unsafe state of equipment and unsafe state of environment are the main factors leading to coal face accidents, and their interaction leads to the occurrence of accidents.Abstract: As the first production site of coal, mining working face is the place where coal mine accidents occur frequently.
