Abstract: While the extended warranty services bring profits to the supply chain, they also have adverse unfair aversions in the game process of retailers or manufacturers, and affect supply chain stability and performance. With the consideration of vertical fairness concerns, a supply chain decision model that provides extended warranty services by manufacturers or retailers and considers the other party's fairness concerns is established, which is used to analyze the relationship between the vertical fairness concerns and supply chain performance (supply chain profit and supply chain equity concerns). Simulation experiments show that: under the two situations, manufacturers provide extended warranty services and consider retailers' fairness concerns and retailers provide extended warranty services and consider manufacturers' fairness concerns, the vertical fairness concern coefficient has an important impact on the decision of product wholesale price, retail price, and extension services price, as well as supply chain profit and supply chain fairness concern utility; in turn, supply chain companies can develop corresponding extended service strategies based on supply chain profit and supply chain performance optimization, and make a vertical equity concern strategy for providing extended warranty services based on expected supply chain profit or supply chain performance.Abstract: While the extended warranty services bring profits to the supply chain, they also have adverse unfair aversions in the game process of retailers or manufacturers, and affect supply chain stability and performance. Abstract: Pro-organizational Rule-breaking Behavior (PORB) is a negative organizational behavior which seems conceptually harmful to organizations. However, PORB can both be beneficial to organizations from the perspective of organizational value, and helpful to the facilitation of organizational performance or organizational innovation. PORB is actually acquiesced and encouraged by organizations in a way. In the context of digitalization transformation, due to the turbulent VUCA environment and competitive pressure, PORB even has a tendency to increase. Therefore, the correlative research questions as follows are put forward naturally. How to evaluate PORB objectively? Why do employees know that the behavior violates the organizational rules but still commit it? Is it essentially an individual problem of the employees or a problem of the organizational rules? What are the causes and mechanisms of PORB? There have been many researches on Unethical Pro-organizational Behavior and Pro-social Rule-breaking Behavior, which are closely related to PORB. Abstract: Correctly handling the relationship between economic development and pollution emissions in the textile industry is an important basis for achieving green and sustainable economic development in the textile industry. This paper takes the textile industry as the research object, selects the textile industry micro data from 1998 to 2013, firstly uses the centre of gravity model to explore the spatial and temporal trajectory of the centre of gravity of the textile industry's economy and pollution emission; then uses the grey correlation method to measure the correlation between the textile industry and six sub-sectors in two dimensions of economic development and pollution emission; finally uses the centre of gravity coupling posture model to explore the coupling posture of the centre of gravity of the textile industry's economy and the centre of gravity of pollution emission The results show that: (1) from 1998 to 2013, the economic centre of gravity of the textile industry was always located within the Anhui provincial boundary; and the output value of the cotton, chemical fibre textile and dyeing and finishing industries had the greatest impact on the economic growth of the textile industry. (2) The centre of gravity of the textile industry's pollution emissions from 1998-2013 moved along Shanxi-Henan-Hubei-Shaanxi to the western region; the pollution emissions from the manufacture of textile manufactured goods and the cotton, chemical fibre textile and dyeing finishing industries were the main factors causing the pollution problems in the textile industry; (3) From 1998 to 2013, the coupling between the textile economy and the centre of gravity of pollution emissions showed a "W"-shaped trend change, and was influenced by the strategy of shifting the centre of gravity of the textile industry to the west.
