Abstract: Starting from the current water pollution problem, this paper describes the seriousness of the current water pollution problem as well as its harm, and explains the importance of constructing a water quality prediction model that matches the pollution problem. And then analyzed the main sources of data errors in the construction of prediction models. Since the water pollution problems in different basins have different degrees of differences, this paper proposes three prediction models that have been researched more than others, namely, BP neural network prediction model, LSTM (Long Short Memory Artificial Neural Network) prediction model, Random Forest Algorithm prediction model, and elaborates on the advantages and the current development status of each model and compares them with each other and explains the scope of water quality prediction model applicable to each model. The scope of each model is clarified. It shows that water quality prediction model has an important role in monitoring water quality, different water pollution basins matching water quality prediction model is not the same, a combination of multiple algorithms with each other to derive the prediction model may have a better prediction effect, and finally puts forward the prospect of water quality prediction modeling in the application of water pollution problems.Abstract: Starting from the current water pollution problem, this paper describes the seriousness of the current water pollution problem as well as its harm, and explains the importance of constructing a water quality prediction model that matches the pollution problem. Abstract: Xinjiang is the largest and most arid area in China. Affected by natural geographical location and other factors, drought has become one of the typical natural disasters in Xinjiang. It has the characteristics of high frequency, wide range of influence and great harm, which has caused great losses to agriculture, forestry, ecology and economic development. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the spatial and temporal changes of drought in the region to reasonably respond to drought events and reduce the losses caused by drought. In this paper, the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI) of 53 meteorological stations was obtained. Combined with linear regression, Mann-Kendall mutation test and Morlet wavelet analysis, the SPEI index was used to analyze the seasonal and annual spatial and temporal changes and cycle extraction. The results showed that the annual scale in Xinjiang showed a trend of drought from 1961 to 2020. In space, light drought exists in most parts of Xinjiang, moderate drought mainly occurs in northern Xinjiang, severe drought exists in individual stations, and extreme drought occurs in southern Xinjiang. The main period of spring drought change in Xinjiang is 28, 12, 6a, the main period of summer is 6, 8, 15a, the main period of autumn is 16, 10, 6, 4a, the main period of winter is 13a, and the annual scale drought period is 13, 6a. Xinjiang as a whole shows a trend of drought; in terms of spatial distribution, the drought degree in southern Xinjiang is more serious than that in northern Xinjiang; the frequency of light drought and moderate drought is higher; the change of drought cycle is mainly 13a.Abstract: Xinjiang is the largest and most arid area in China. Abstract: Sodium sulfide, commonly known as sodium sulfide, with the chemical formula Na2S, is a white or pale yellow crystalline powder characterized by a strong pungent odor. Sodium sulfide possesses a variety of physical and chemical properties such as reducibility, oxidizability, and adsorbability, which have led to its widespread application in numerous fields. In traditional industries, sodium sulfide enhances the production efficiency of papermaking, dyeing, and rubber products while reducing waste generation. Within the environmental protection sector, sodium sulfide effectively treats heavy metal-containing wastewater, facilitating resource recovery and playing a role in flue gas desulfurization to diminish pollutant emissions. In battery manufacturing, sodium sulfide has promoted the development of new energy technologies such as sodium-sulfur batteries, improving the potential for battery recycling and reuse. In agriculture, sodium sulfide is utilized for soil improvement and heavy metal immobilization, enhancing soil quality and reducing agricultural solid waste. Additionally, in the pharmaceutical field, sodium sulfide is employed in drug synthesis and biological detection, driving the resource utilization of solid waste. In recent years, with the rapid development of economic technology, the sodium sulfide industry has also achieved significant progress. With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, research and development of sodium sulfide in solid waste utilization will focus more on environmental protection and resource recycling, promoting the greenization and sustainable development of industrial production. This paper provides a review of the primary application areas of sodium sulfide, including traditional industries, new energy, environmental protection, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals, aiming to offer a reference for the development of China's sodium sulfide industry.Abstract: Sodium sulfide, commonly known as sodium sulfide, with the chemical formula Na2S, is a white or pale yellow crystalline powder characterized by a strong pungent odor.
