Abstract: To enhance the accuracy, novelty and diversity of the recommendation system, researchers introduced user comments on items to enhance the recommendation. However, the existing sentiment analysis datasets are not suitable for the recommendation field. The effect of using the pre-trained model in the sentiment field to extract the comment sentiment in the recommendation field is often poor, and most of the existing research on aspect sentiment recommendation ignores this problem. In this work, aspect sentiment quadruple extraction is introduced into the recommendation, and its goal is to extract all aspect-category-opinion-sentiment quadruple in the comment text. To this end, three new datasets Amazon-book, Movies and Yelp are further constructed. Amazon-book is an Amazon book recommendation sentiment dataset; Movies is a sentiment dataset based on the MovieLens recommendation field, and Yelp is a sentiment dataset for the yelp website. These three datasets not only contain annotations of the Aspect-Category-Opinion-Sentiment quadruple, but also contain implicit Aspect and Opinion. Abstract: This paper studies the signal coverage of navigation equipment with equal high-level characteristics at a certain flight altitude, namely in contour plane. The real localizer antenna array system was simulated by the design of digital twin. The horizontal pattern and the vertical pattern of antenna array were researchedconsequently, the space electromagnetic radiation model was established. When aircraft is fling in wide area, there are obvious differences between two dimension plane and contour plane. Considering the geometric shape of the spherical characteristics of Earth, the geometric error and signal deviation caused by the Earth curvature were revised. Four contour plane flight levels (H = 200 m, 400 m, 600 m and 800 m) were established. The circumstances of coverage in the aircraft approach area is analyzed one by one. Also, four conditions were compared with fight checking by signal strength and coverage. The results showed that the electromagnetic signal provided by the localizer beacon is enough to meet the coverage requirements at the approach altitude. The higher the altitude, the larger the coverage zone. Under the low altitude H = 200m, it starts to appear coverage insufficient in different azimuth angles. Abstract: The limited frequency resource and low transmission rate are bottleneck of the End-to-End data transmission between high orbit satellites and ground segments. The optimization of the TCP realization is necessary. There are five popular data transmission schemes: double-side TCP lightweight parameter optimization scheme, double-side TCP heavyweight core optimization scheme, heavyweight tunnel optimization scheme and lightweight TCP-QUIC proxy optimization scheme. After intensive analysis, only the lightweight TCP-QUIC proxy optimization scheme can fulfill the user specifications. This scheme has a good optimization effect in reducing the delay of connection establishment, improving the efficiency of congestion control and flow control, and supporting multi-channel multiplexing and connection migration. Based on the prototype system established by Beijing Institute of Computer Technology and Application, hardware-in-the-loop simulations show that, after optimization, the 150Mbps downlink transmission rate can improve by 100 times, while the 10Mbps uplink transmission rate can improve by 7 times. The transmission rates can fully satisfy the user requirements.
