责任制联合翻转课堂在实习护生中的应用

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨责任制护理联合翻转课堂带教模式在风湿免疫科实习护生中的应用效果。方法：选择2021年1月—2022年3月于本科室进行实习的80名大专实习护生，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40名。观察组采用责任制护理联合翻转课堂带教模式，对照组实施常规护理带教模式，比较两组实习生在理论知识、操作技能、带教教员评价以及患者满意度调查方面的差异。结果：观察组实习生各项评价指标的成绩均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在风湿免疫科实习生带教过程中，选用责任制护理联合翻转课堂模式能够显著增强实习生理论知识掌握与技能操作水平，提高带教对实习护生的综合评价以及患者对其的满意程度，此护理模式值得进一步临床推广和应用。 |

The Responsibility System of Joint Flipped Classroom in the Practice Nursing Students Apply

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application effect of responsible nursing combined with flipped classroom teaching mode in the practice nursing students of rheumatology department. Methods: From January 2021 to March 2022, 80 nursing students were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 students in each group. The observation group adopted the responsibility nursing combined with flipped classroom teaching mode, while the control group adopted the conventional nursing teaching mode. The differences in theoretical knowledge, operational skills, instructor evaluation and patient satisfaction survey between the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of all evaluation indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the teaching process of interns in rheumatology department, the model of responsible nursing combined with flipped classroom can significantly enhance the theoretical knowledge mastery and skill operation level of interns, improve the comprehensive evaluation of nursing students and patients' satisfaction with it. This nursing model is worthy of further clinical promotion and application. |
