麻醉恢复室护理质量评价指标体系的研究进展

| 摘 要： | 目的：探究国内外麻醉恢复室（Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, PACU）护理质量评价指标体系的构建情况，以期为我国麻醉恢复室质量评价指标体系的构建提供参考依据。方法：全面系统地检索国内外构建麻醉恢复室护理质量指标评价体系的相关文献并对其临床应用现状进行了系统回顾和评价。结论：通过对国内外目前麻醉恢复室护理质量指标的探究和分析，指出目前我国构建PACU护理质量指标其局限性主要在：构建范围局限、指标内容单一、麻醉专科护士责任不明、相关口腔疾病知识培训不足和护理构建指标质量参差不齐等情况。结合目前我国的国情和相关政策，提出了相关护理质量构建指标的解决建议，以期为构建我国PACU的护理质量评价指标体系提供参考依据，为麻醉护士的职业认同及职业发展、加速麻醉护理的专科化发展，具有理论研究意义。 |

Research Progress of Nursing Quality Evaluation Index System in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the construction of the nursing quality evaluation index system of Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at home and abroad, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the quality evaluation index system of PACU in China. Methods: A comprehensive and systematic search was made for domestic and foreign literature related to the construction of PACU nursing quality index evaluation system, and a systematic review and evaluation of its clinical application status was carried out. Conclusion: Through the exploration and analysis of the current nursing quality indicators in PACU at home and abroad, it is pointed out that the limitations of the construction of PACU nursing quality indicators in China are mainly: limited scope of construction, single index content, unclear responsibilities of anesthesia nurses, and knowledge of related oral diseases Inadequate training and variable quality of care-building indicators. Combined with the current national conditions and relevant policies in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of relevant nursing quality indicators, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the nursing quality evaluation index system of PACU, to provide professional identification and career development for anesthesia nurses, and to accelerate the specialty of anesthesia nursing. development, which has theoretical research significance. |
