1例乳腺癌保乳术合并背阔肌肌皮瓣移植乳房重建术的个案护理

| 摘 要： | 本文作者针对1例更换体位的乳腺癌保乳术合并背阔肌肌皮瓣移植乳房重建术的手术配合及护理，通过术前访视，人员、物品、药品等准备，术中配合手术医生、麻醉医生更换体位，术中获得性压力性损伤预防，严密观察生命体征，术中气道管理及手术医生、麻醉医生、器械护士、巡回护士默契、高质量的手术配合，术后床边访视等，为患者提供全程连续、高质量的围术期护理，最终顺利安全完成手术，未发生术中并发症。因此，在乳腺癌保乳术合并背阔肌肌皮瓣移植乳房重建术过程中，给予全程连续、高质量的手术护理配合，可简化手术程序，减少工作量，降低因术中体位改变而可能造成的切口出血、术中获得性压力性损伤等手术不良反应的隐患发生，缩短手术时间，提高患者感受度及体验度。 |

Case Care of Breast Cancer with Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Flap Graft and Breast Reconstruction

| Abstract: | The author for a case of breast preservation with latissimus dorsi muscle skin flap transplantation and breast reconstruction surgery and nursing, through preoperative visit, personnel, goods, drugs, intraoperative with surgeon, anesthesia, intraoperative acquired stress injury prevention, closely observe vital signs, intraoperative airway management, surgeons, anesthesiologists, instrument nurses, itinerant nurses, high quality surgery, postoperative bedside visit, provide patients with continuous, high quality perioperative care, finally complete the operation safely, no intraoperative complications. Therefore, in breast cancer breast surgery with longus dorus muscle flap transplantation breast reconstruction process, give the continuous, high quality surgical care, can simplify the surgical procedures, reduce the intraoperative position change may reduce incision bleeding, intraoperative acquired stress injury such as surgical adverse reactions, shorten the operation time, improve the patient feeling and experience. |
