新时代背景下职业本科教育高质量发展的内涵、现实困境与突破路径

| 摘 要： | 在新时代背景下，推动职业本科教育高质量发展是顺应经济社会高质量发展对高层次技术技能型人才需求的关键举措。本文从类型定位、人才培养、产教融合及创新能力等方面对职业本科教育高质量发展的本质内涵进行诠释，认为职业本科教育兼具本科教育的理论性与系统性，也突显职业教育的实践性与应用性，职业本科高质量发展在于不断创新和改革人才培养模式，深化产教融合，注重创新能力的培养。并在此基础上，深入探讨推动中国职业本科教育高质量发展面临的现实困境，具体包括社会认可之困、办学质量之困和服务功能之困等。进一步从“政府-媒体行业-企业”共同引导，重塑职业本科教育的社会认同度和吸引力、优化教育教学资源投入，保障职业本科教育高质量发展、精准服务社会，坚持以社会需求为导向等方面提出相应的突破路径。 |

The Connotation, Realistic Dilemma, and Breakthrough Paths of High-Quality Development of Vocational Undergraduate Education in the Context of the New Era

| Abstract: | In the context of the new era, promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education is a key measure to meet the demand for high-level technical and skilled talents in response to the high-quality development of the economy and society. On the basis of interpreting the essential connotation of high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education from the aspects of type positioning, talent cultivation, integration of industry and education, and innovation ability, and point out that vocational undergraduate education combines the theoretical and systematic aspects of undergraduate education, while also highlighting the practical and applied aspects of vocational education. The high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education requires continuous innovation and reform of talent training models, deepening the integration of industry and education, and emphasizing the cultivation of innovative abilities. Then thes paper deeply explores the realistic dilemma faced in promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education in China, such as social recognition, educational quality, and service functions. Then proposing the corresponding breakthrough paths, such as jointly guiding the “government-media industry-enterprise” to reshape the social identity and attractiveness of vocational undergraduate education, optimizing the investment of educational and teaching resources to ensure the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education, accurately serving society and adhering to the guidance of social needs. |
