新文科指引下政法院校法商融合课程群建设研究

| 摘 要： | 新文科指引下，以学科融合的复合型高素质人才培养导向，通过加强融合课程群建设来提升工商管理专业人才培养质量，已成为政法院校践行“为党育人、为国育才”的教育使命。为此，本文以西南政法大学为例，基于新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设实践与取得的成绩，具体分析政法院校在新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设的理论构建、建设措施与实践落地等问题。研究发现，政法院校在新文科指引下开展法商融合课程群建设应确立培养“精商明法”经营管理人才的总体建设目标，植入“超学科视野”新文科理念，运用“虚拟仿真技术”，导入企业合规价值理论，基于课堂探索法商融合新知识，构建法商融合课程体系，并转变学生学习方式和教师教学方式，形成可复制的课程群教学改革方案；新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设应以法商融合课程群结构、课程群内容和课程群评价为抓手，推进课程群建设工作；课程教学改革、“法+商+思政”融合案例库建设、课程群团队孵化学科竞赛是新文科指引下政法院校法商融合课程群建设实践落地的有效措施。 |

Research on the Construction of Legal and Business Integrated Course Groups in Political Science and Court Schools Under the Guide of New Liberal Arts

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the new liberal arts, with the orientation of cultivating compound high-quality talents through subject integration, and improving the quality of talent training in business administration by strengthening the construction of integrated course groups, it has become the basis for political and judicial schools to practice "educating talents for the party and educating talents for the country" Educational mission. To this end, this article takes Southwest University of Political Science and Law as an example, based on the practice and achievements of the construction of a legal and business integrated course group under the guidance of the new liberal arts, and specifically analyzes the theoretical construction and construction measures of the political and judicial school's construction of a legal and business integrated course group under the guidance of the new liberal arts. issues such as implementation and implementation. The study found that when political and judicial schools carry out the construction of legal and business integration courses under the guidance of new liberal arts, they should establish the overall construction goal of cultivating "business-savvy and legal" management talents, implant the new liberal arts concept of "transdisciplinary vision", and use "virtual simulation" Technology", introduce the corporate compliance value theory, explore new knowledge on the integration of law and business based on the classroom, build a legal and business management course system, and transform students' learning methods and teachers' teaching methods to form a replicable course group teaching reform plan; under the guidance of the new liberal arts The construction of the law and business integrated course group should take the law and business integrated course group structure, course group content and course group evaluation as the starting point to promote the construction of the course group; course teaching reform, and the integration of "law + business + ideological and political" The construction of case databases, course group team incubation and subject competitions are effective measures for the practical implementation of the construction of law and business integrated course groups in political and court schools under the guidance of the new liberal arts. |
