| 摘 要: | 笔者经过实地走访调研并合达州市乌梅产业的实际情况,通过对中药材的产地初加工、达州市乌梅产业的发展情况、乌梅产业初加工的现状、存在问题方式进行深入分析以并提出可行的对策建议,提出了通过加强政策引导和规范制定、提升从业者素质、强化监管力度、推动规模化和专业化发展、建立行业协会或组织、加强质量检测、促进产学研合作、提高农民意识,以提高乌梅产地初加工的质量和水平。同时,还需关注中药材市场需求和行业动态变化,不断优化乌梅加工工艺和产品品质,提升达州乌梅产业的整体竞争力,为达州市乌梅规范化种植技术的构建及产业升级提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | Through field visits and surveys and combining with the actual situation of Wumei industry in Dazhou city, the author conducted in-depth analysis on the origin of Chinese medicinal materials, the development of Wumei industry in Dazhou City, the current situation of Wumei industry preliminary processing, and the existing problems, and proposed feasible countermeasures and suggestions. It is proposed to improve the quality and level of primary processing in Wumei production area by strengthening policy guidance and regulation formulation, improving the quality of practitioners, strengthening supervision, promoting large-scale and professional development, establishing industry associations or organizations, strengthening quality testing, promoting industry-university-research cooperation, and raising farmers' awareness. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the market demand of Chinese herbal medicine and the dynamic changes of the industry, constantly optimize the processing technology and product quality of plum, improve the overall competitiveness of Dazhou plum industry, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of standardized planting technology and industrial upgrading of plum in Dazhou. |
