全球史观语境下的哈萨克斯坦电影艺术探索之路

| 摘 要： | 全球史观语境下的哈萨克斯坦电影艺术探索之路，凝聚了哈萨克斯坦电影工作者的聪明与才智，是人类艺术的共同财富。哈萨克斯坦电影在世界格局重组与大变革的时代，经历了启蒙期、起步期、繁荣期、反思期和独立以来几个不同的发展阶段。面对复杂多变的时代，哈萨克斯坦电影工作者始终坚守了启蒙时的执着，不断地适应时代的需求，面对地缘政治和意识形态的强势规则时，哈萨克斯坦电影工作者运用隐喻的艺术手法，使电影艺术创作与民族与地域文化相融合，达到了致用的目标，彰显了自己的特色。哈萨克斯独立以来的电影艺术在包容、开放与重组的艰难与曲折中取得了卓越的成就。回顾哈萨克斯坦电影艺术发展历程，我们能清晰地看到哈萨克斯坦电影与苏联电影之间的关系，能较为客观领略哈萨克斯坦电影在彰显国家、人民精神文化、美学体系以及对社会的担当与责任。关注哈萨克斯坦电影艺术，对于中国文化走进中亚，落实中哈两国“共建丝绸之路经济带”具有的战略意义。 |

The Exploration of Kazakh Film Art in the Context of Global Historical View

| Abstract: | The way of exploring Kazakh film art in the context of global historical view has condensed the wisdom and talents of Kazakh film workers and is the common wealth of human art. In the era of restructuring and great changes in the world pattern, Kazakh films have gone through several different stages of development: enlightenment, starting, prosperity, reflection and independence. In the face of complex and changeable times, Kazakh filmmakers have always adhered to the dedication of enlightenment and constantly adapted to the needs of the times. In the face of the strong rules of geopolitics and ideology, Kazakh filmmakers use metaphorical artistic techniques to integrate film art creation with national and regional culture, achieve the goal of application and highlight their own characteristics. Since the independence of Kazakhstan, the film art has made remarkable achievements in the difficult and tortuous process of inclusiveness, openness and reorganization. Looking back on the development of Kazakh film art, we can clearly see the relationship between Kazakh films and Soviet films, and can objectively appreciate the role of Kazakh films in highlighting the spirit and culture of the country and the people, the aesthetic system, and the responsibility for society. Focusing on Kazakh film art is of strategic significance for Chinese culture to enter Central Asia and implement the "joint construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt" between China and Kazakhstan. |
