新文科背景下心理学本科教学综合改革实践

| 摘 要： | 在21世纪的知识经济时代，新文科的兴起标志着对传统人文社会科学的深刻变革。新文科的概念的提出，旨在推动文科教育与研究的创新发展，以适应全球化和信息化时代的新要求。新文科强调跨学科融合，注重实践能力和创新精神的培养，以及对社会和个人发展的贡献。在这一背景下，心理学作为一门研究人类行为和心理过程的科学，其教育的重要性日益凸显。为贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务，“立”热爱祖国、服务人民的大德，“树”有理想、勇进取、能解决实践问题的有用之才，秉承“探寻心迹，幸福进取”的文化理念，探索出了一条适应社会发展需要的心理学专业高素质本科人才培养模式。这一模式可以概括为建构“教学—科研—应用”三维互动一体化的高质量本科育人模式，培养为民服务、健全人格的高素质心理学专业人才。经过实践探索，建设了“宽到边（教学）、顶到天（研究）、落到地（应用）”的高质量本科课程与教学体系、高水平的教师队伍、多岗位实践的应用平台，实现了课程教学、科学研究和实践应用在本科高质量人才培养中功能的充分发挥和互促互动。有效解决了教学中理论脱离实际问题、教学与科研脱节问题、科研成果难以转化问题，有效提高了本科人才培养质量。 |

Innovative Approaches to Undergraduate Psychology Education Within the New Liberal Arts Framework

| Abstract: | In the 21st-century knowledge economy, the emergence of new liberal arts signifies a transformative shift in traditional humanities and social sciences. The concept aims to foster innovative liberal arts education and research to meet the demands of globalization and the information age. New liberal arts emphasize interdisciplinary integration, the cultivation of practical skills, an innovative spirit, and contributions to social and personal development. In this context, psychology, the science of human behavior and mental processes, has gained increasing importance in education. To fulfill the fundamental task of "establishing morality and nurturing people," and to cultivate virtues such as patriotism and public service, we adhere to the principle of "Exploring the Heart, Serving the People." We have developed a high-quality undergraduate training model for psychology that aligns with social development needs. This model integrates the three dimensions of "teaching, research, and application" to cultivate psychology professionals with sound personalities who are dedicated to public service. Through practical exploration, we have established a comprehensive undergraduate curriculum and teaching system that is "broad in scope (teaching), high in ambition (research), and grounded in application." This system includes a high-quality teaching team and a platform for diverse practical experiences, ensuring the integration and mutual reinforcement of curriculum teaching, scientific research, and practical application. Our approach effectively addresses the issues of theory being detached from practice, the disconnection between teaching and research, and the challenges in translating research findings into practice, thereby significantly enhancing the quality of undergraduate training. |
