新文科视域下政法院校工商管理专业人才培养创新与实践

| 摘 要： | 专业优化是新文科建设的“三大抓手”之一，为契合新时代对“精商明法”的工商管理人才需求，持续优化“法商融合”特色工商管理专业建设，已成为开设工商管理专业的政法类院校所面临的迫切现实问题。本文以西南政法大学为例，具体从实然困境、应然向度、变革路径来探究工商管理专业人才培养的创新与实践。研究发现：新文科视域下西南政法大学现行的工商管理专业人才培养模式，依然面临着价值定位、教学组织和课程融合等方面的挑战；应基于政法院校的“法商融合”特色，创新商科与法科两大学科交叉融合人才培养模式，培育新时代的“法商融合人才”；为此，在强化价值引领的基础上，创新提出了“二整合、三融合”的创新人才培养模式：创新整合教学管理模式、创新设计融合课程整合方案；设计法商融合的培养方案、打造法商融合的师资队伍、创设法商融合的课程体系。“法商融合”特色的人才培养模式，在西南政法大学的人才培养中进行了积极的探索与实践，并取得良好效果，对学科融合人才培养具有推广价值。 |

Innovation and Practice in the Cultivation of Business Management Talents in Political and Legal Institutions from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

| Abstract: | Professional optimization is one of the "three major focuses" in the construction of new liberal arts. In order to meet the demands of the new era for business management talents with "acute business acumen and clear legal understanding." Continuously optimizing the construction of business management programs with a "law-business integration" feature has become an urgent issue for political and legal institutions offering such programs. This paper takes Southwest University of Political Science and Law as an example, exploring the innovation and practice in the cultivation of business management talents from the perspectives of actual dilemmas, normative directions, and transformative pathways. The research finds that under the new liberal arts perspective, the current model of cultivating business management talents at Southwest University of Political Science and Law still faces challenges in value orientation, teaching organization, and curriculum integration. Based on the "law-business integration" characteristics of political and legal schools, we should innovate the cross disciplinary talent training model between business and law disciplines, and cultivate "integration of law and business talents" in the new era; To this end, on the basis of strengthening value leadership, an innovative talent training model of "dual integration and triple fusion" has been proposed: an innovative integrated teaching management model, an innovative design integrated curriculum integration plan; Design a training program for the integration of law and business, build a teaching staff for the integration of law and business, and create a curriculum system for the integration of law and business. The talent cultivation model of " law-business integration " has been actively explored and practiced in the talent cultivation of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and has achieved good results, which has promotional value for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. |
