| 摘 要: | 为了进一步提高本科生的综合实验技能,渗透绿色化学教育理念,本文结合应用化学专业教学需要,设计了以废弃柑橘属果皮为原料,制备绿色钻井液处理剂的综合性实验。废弃柑橘属果皮含有大量的植物酚类、纤维素类、可溶性多糖等成分,用作钻井液添加会起到增粘、降滤失作用。然而,柑橘属果皮中水溶物比例小,作用效能低。为此,为了提高其利用效率,本文采用原料预处理、交联化、羧甲基化等方式进行改性,增加了其水溶物比例,强化了其在钻井液中的性能。该实验将有机化学知识应用到油田化学领域,同时将实验技能与现场作业相结合,益于提升学生的专业技能和油田现场适应能力。此外,本实验采用废弃柑橘属果皮作为实验原料,践行绿色环保理念,有助于指导油田未来的清洁生产,推动绿色低碳发展。 |

| Abstract: | To improve the comprehensive experimental skill of undergraduate and penetrate the concept of green chemistry education, we combined with the teaching needs of applied chemistry and designed a comprehensive experiment of preparing green drilling fluid treatment agent with waste citrus peel as raw material. Citrus fruit peel contains a lot of plant phenols, cellulose, soluble polysaccharides and other components, which can be used as drilling fluid to increase viscosity and reduce filtration loss. However, the proportion of water-soluble substance in citrus peel is low and the effect is poor. Therefore, to improve its utilization efficiency, we have applied different methods to modify the raw material, including the pretreatment, crosslinking, carboxymethylation to increase the proportion of water-soluble substance and improve its performance in drilling fluid. This experiment has introduced knowledge of organic chemistry to oilfield chemistry and combined experimental skills with field work, which will help to improve students' professional skills and field adaptability. In addition, using discarded citrus fruit peels as raw material in the experiment can practice the concept of green environmental protection, which is helpful to guide the future clean production of the oilfield and promote green and low-carbon development. |
