基于CiteSpace的海洋中药研究现状的可视化分析

| 摘 要： | 海洋是人类赖以生存的重要资源，不断利用科学技术手段挖掘其更多的药用价值对人类的生存发展具有重大的意义。本研究以CNKI数据库为研究对象，基于主题“海洋中药”进行检索后，利用CiteSpace对1995~2023年间的文献进行可视化分析。可视化分析内容包括：发文趋势、核心作者、核心研究机构、热点领域、前沿趋势等。结果显示，从发文趋势看，海洋中药相关研究经历了萌芽阶段（1995-2013年）、起步阶段（2013-2017年）、成熟发展阶段（2017-2023年）；从核心作者及研究机构来看，该领域研究人员较少，海洋中药领域的研究机构主要集中在中医药类院校，且需强化研究人员与研究机构之间的合作；从热点领域和前沿趋势来看，通过关键词共现和聚类分析，海洋中药的热点领域可分为数据挖掘、结构鉴定、厚藤、多肽、柽柳五个方面，通过突变词分析，海洋中药、药用价值、海洋药物、海洋生物、化学成分、指纹图谱、结构鉴定、配伍规律、方剂、厚藤、抑菌活性等是海洋中药领域相关研究的前沿动态和发展趋势。 |

Visualized Analysis of Research Status of Marine Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace

| Abstract: | The ocean is an important resource for human survival. It is of great significance for human survival and development to continuously exploit its medicinal value by means of science and technology. In this study, CNKI database was used as the research object, and after searching the topic "Marine Chinese medicine", CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the literature from 1995 to 2023. Visual analysis includes: document trends, core authors, core research institutions, hot areas, frontier trends, etc. The results showed that, from the trend of publication, the related research on Marine TCM experienced the embryonic stage (1995-2013), the initial stage (2013-2017), and the mature stage (2017-2023). From the perspective of core authors and research institutions, there are few researchers in this field, and research institutions in the field of Marine Chinese medicine are mainly concentrated in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and the cooperation between researchers and research institutions needs to be strengthened. From the perspective of hot fields and frontier trends, through keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis, the hot fields of Marine traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into five aspects: data mining, structure identification, thick vine, polypeptide, and tamarix. Marine traditional Chinese medicine, medicinal value, Marine drugs, Marine organisms, chemical composition, fingerprint, structural identification, compatibility law, prescription, thick vines, antibacterial activity, etc. are the frontier trends and development trends in the field of Marine traditional Chinese medicine. |
