| Abstract: | The odor in the wastewater treatment plant is harmful to the surrounding environment and human health, and it needs to be treated. Biological deodorization technology has obvious advantages, which is an important development direction of odor control. First of all, this paper introduces the recent development of odor gas purification technology in sewage treatment plants, and focuses on the application status of biological deodorization technology, including biological absorption method, biological filtration method and biological soil method. The working principle, device conditions and technical characteristics of the above method are introduced in detail, and its application prospect is judged by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the method. Finally, taking the wastewater plant of Mengniu Dairy (Maanshan) Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper designs a deodorization system by analyzing the source of odor. The smelly parts of the wastewater treatment plant are sealed and collected, and the collected gases are treated by biological methods. Using the process of "pretreatment washing section + biological deodorization section", the design air volume is 20000m3/h, and the odor will eventually decompose into carbon dioxide, water, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other acidic substances, while the removal rate of H2S can reach more than 95%. The application effect of "biological deodorization" technology in the wastewater treatment plant is good, and the project construction is simple and the operation is stable, hoping to provide reference and reference for people in the industry. |
