| Abstract: | As the developed oil and gas fields face the aging problem of production facilities, the old oil fields enter the high water cut and extra high water cut stage of exploitation, and the old gas fields enter the pressurized exploitation stage, and the production cost increases significantly. It is necessary to carry out digital energy-saving construction, comprehensively improve management level, enhance production efficiency, and realize the transformation from traditional production to lean production. This paper takes the injection well of a large oilfield as the entry point, studies its injection process and off-site process, and explores the digital construction of injection well with different technologies: the injection well with single pipe and single well water distribution process, well head digital construction; The water injection well control valve group of single pipe and single well water distribution is located in the corresponding water distribution room, so data collection is not carried out in the single well site, and digital construction is carried out in the water distribution room. Further, the distance limit of the single pipe and single well distribution mode is accurate to 140m, whether it is powered by solar power or connected to other power sources nearby. Lay a certain foundation for promoting the digital process in an all-round way. |
