| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application of an in-hospital integrated emergency model for optimizing the process of abnormal fetal monitoring. Methods: Fifty patients with abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring (gestational age ≥ 37 weeks) admitted during the period when our hospital implemented the routine emergency rescue model from September 2025 to November 2025 were selected as the control group. Another fifty patients with abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring (gestational age ≥ 37 weeks) admitted to the emergency department during the period when our hospital implemented the optimized in-hospital integrated seamless emergency rescue model from December 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of continuous fetal heart rate monitoring and the time taken for various key procedures. Results: The time for performing continuous fetal heart rate monitoring in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The time for each key procedure in the observation group was also shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The optimized in-hospital integrated emergency model for abnormal fetal monitoring helps shorten the time for patients to receive continuous fetal heart rate monitoring and the time for various key procedures, thereby making the in-hospital integrated seamless emergency model more complete. |
